PANAGA RETURNS

Try your purchase from the comfort of home — if it's not quite right, we're happy to help with an exchange or refund. All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and have tags attached. Items that don't meet these requirements will not be accepted.

We recommend checking our size guide before purchasing to find your perfect fit. If you need further guidance, don't hesitate to reach out.


RETURNS POLICY

Full Price Items Panaga offers a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Temporary Promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Afterpay Day sales, 20% off tanks) Panaga offers a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Final Sale Items Panaga does not accept returns on final sale items. This applies to any item purchased at "final sale" or at a discount greater than 20% off.

Faulty Items Please contact our customer care team at panagaltd@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange or one return only.
  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted outside of the 7-day window from delivery.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Online Sample Sale All items purchased during the online sample sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.


HOW TO LODGE A RETURN

  1. Visit the returns portal and enter your email address and order number (include the #).
  2. Select your preferred resolution — refund, exchange, or store credit — and follow the prompts.
  3. Once submitted, allow our team up to 24 hours to review and approve your request.
  4. Upon approval, you'll receive a returns packing slip via email. (Please note: this is not a prepaid shipping label.)
  5. Repack your item/s in the original satchel or your own packaging, and include the packing slip inside.
  6. Ship your parcel to the address provided using a courier of your choice. Ensure your courier provides a tracking number.
  7. Enter your tracking number into the returns portal to complete your lodgement.

Returns will only be processed once a tracking number has been submitted to the portal and the item/s have been received at our warehouse.
