ABOUT PANAGA

The name says everything. Naga — meaning God. Pa — meaning father. Together, PANAGA is something greater than the sum of its parts.

Founded by Clinton Osasenaga Idehen in 2014 and officially launched in 2019, PANAGA was born from a belief that clothing should do more than look good — it should mean something. When choosing a name for his brand, Clinton drew from the deepest well of personal significance: a tribute to his home country Nigeria, and a commemoration of his late father. That spirit of honouring the people and places that shape us is woven into everything PANAGA creates.

Rooted in South Africa and shaped by a global perspective, PANAGA is a unisex brand built at the intersection of luxury and minimalism. Every piece is a study in restraint — refined silhouettes, expert tailoring, and premium fabrics chosen with intention, rendered predominantly in neutral tones that transcend trend and season. There are no gimmicks here. No noise. Just considered design executed with precision and purpose.

The range moves across the full spectrum of dress. From elevated streetwear and thoughtfully constructed everyday pieces, through to black tie and avant-garde design, PANAGA occupies a rare space — versatile enough to meet you wherever you are, distinctive enough to set you apart when you get there. The thread connecting every collection is functionality. Beauty that works. Form that serves.

PANAGA has always stood for more than aesthetics. The brand takes a grounded approach to fashion — one that is conscious of the environment and deeply committed to diversity. Unisex by design and inclusive by conviction, PANAGA has long been a symbol of freedom, promoting equal access to fashion regardless of gender. Our 2021 collection, Earthy People II, brought this philosophy into sharp focus, placing environmentally responsible fabric choices at the heart of the creative process and signalling a broader commitment to conscious fashion that continues to guide the brand today.

We believe fashion is a visual narrative — a language where each person should have the freedom to experiment, express, and play. Clothing is not a uniform. It is a conversation. And PANAGA is here to help you find your voice within it.

A decade in the making, PANAGA is not a brand in a hurry. It was built slowly, deliberately, and with the kind of conviction that only comes from knowing exactly who you are and what you stand for. That foundation — equal rights, conscious fashion, refined craftsmanship, minimalism, and an understated elegance — has resonated both nationally and internationally, earning the brand a place among those doing fashion with genuine intention.

This is clothing made for people who understand that true luxury is quiet.
